I began my career in 1989 working for Puyallup Merchant Police where I was trained by a Puyallup Police Officer on how to be a professional Uniformed Armed Security Officer. In 1991 I opened CPS Security in Washington State providing security services to the PNW. I moved to Boise, Idaho in 1994 looking to expand CPS Security. 

I then served for the Boise County Sheriff's Office, and later the Dept of Corrections from 1997 to early 2000. I left both Departments and opened Treasure Valley Security from 1998 to 2008. I expanded this company to a two State operation before selling it to a Utah based company.

In 2009 I took the position of Branch Manager for a Los Angeles based company and began managing two of the largest ports in Tacoma, WA. In this position I managed SEIU Union Security Officers, sold multi million dollar accounts, and worked daily with Immigration, Coast Guard, Homeland Security, and several other Law Enforcement agencies. I completed my TWIC card, Propeller Club membership, ASIS Membership, IFPO, Membership, and became a Certified Port Maritime Manager, and Security Officer for Ships and Vessels. 

In 2017 I was offered the Field Services Manger position for Securitas U.S.A. In this position I checked contracted sites in the State of Idaho. I performed site inspections in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Fruitland, Mountain Home, American Falls, and Idaho Falls,  During this time I also completed the Fedral Protection Officer Training in Pocatello, Idaho for Paragon.

In 2018 I created Crime Prevention SSD (CPSSD) We officially opened after two years of planning and competitor research. In 2020 I began to full-fill my lifelong dream to create an exceptionally professional security agency unmatched by anyone in the Idaho market. CPSSD is quickly becoming the Security Provider of choice.

I currently serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Crime Prevention Special Services Division (CPSSD), where I lead revenue growth, brand strategy, and client acquisition within the security industry. I bring nearly five years of hands-on sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record of building scalable pipelines, qualifying high-value clients, and driving measurable revenue performance.

I began my career in 2022 in the copywriting and digital marketing industry, where I developed conversion-focused messaging and branding strategies that improved lead engagement and close rates. 

In 2024, I founded and operated a social media marketing agency, providing content creation and growth strategies that increased client reach, inbound leads, and brand visibility. 

In 2025, I joined Northwestern Marketing Concepts, one of the largest marketing companies in the United States, where I worked within structured, high-performance sales systems and further strengthened my leadership, reporting, and KPI-driven decision-making. My consistent performance, ability to qualify ideal clients, and focus on sustainable revenue growth led to my appointment as VP of Sales for CPSSD.
