Security Officer Training/EMPLOYMENT

CPSSD ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS

One of the most overlooked items when client's hire a Security Service is training. We have found most clients assume they are hiring a Security Service that has fully trained Security Officers. The reality is training varies from exceptionally well-trained Security Officers to limited and no training. It comes down to the individual Companies' Requirements, City, State, and Federal regulations if any in some States.

At Crime Prevention SSD (CPSSD) we found that to be an unacceptable practice that finds no home within the ranks of our company. The entire reason for the creation of Crime Prevention SSD (CPSSD) is to bring together the best of the best in a highly trained professional team.  This team of Security Officers come to us already heavily trained, experienced, and with a proven background of service to State, Federal, County, Security, Military, and Government entities.

This does not mean their training ends there. Once employed with Crime Prevention SSD (CPSSD) the continuation of training begins and continues through their employment. The current minimum hiring standards are shown in dropdowns.
