How do you ensure the reliability of your security guards?

Crime Prevention SSD (CPSSD) carefully screens, and trains our Security Officers to ensure they meet the highest standards of professionalism and competence.

Unlike many competitors we DO NOT hire any Security Officers without at least (2) years of verifiable experience in Corrections, Law Enforcement, Federal Contractor, Military Police, or (4) years of Licensed Highly Trained Security Industry experience. 

Furthermore, we only offer employment to those whom have shown the following:

  1. Stable Work History
  2. Clean Criminal Background
  3. Clean Driving Record
  4. No Drug Use Legal or Not
  5. Pass Physical Examination
  6. Pass Interview Process
  7. Clear Psychological Exam
  8. Pass Social Media Investigation
